The Walking Zombie by David Mann is a close-up floating-object effect inspired by the classic Zombie Ball principle.
A borrowed object is placed on the table and covered with a napkin, bandanna, or scarf. While the performer holds the cloth, the object appears to rise, float, and move in a ghostly manner before returning to the table.
Depending on the handling, the object can also appear to rest on the edge of the cloth or vanish and reappear on the performer’s arm.
