Sometimes it's Hard to be a Cardman by Andi Gladwin - Book
Andi wanted to create something really special for his first book, so he had it produced by professionals, every step of the way. Not only does it look great, but the magic represents his best work!
There are a total of eleven effects and five moves taught and represent the bulk of his current performing repertoire. Includes his InFlight and TATFUS moves and Supersonic effect.
All of the tricks are photographed by a professional photographer and the explanations are extremely clear.
Purchase the book now, to see how to wow lay-people with his Fan Change, fool magicians with his Red/Black to the Future and make everyone gasp with SuperSonic!
This is a used, out of print book that is in good condition, with signs of wear on the edges, as shown in the photos.
Contents:
Suit You Sir
Andi's opener for a formal show. Someone freely names a suit (say clubs) and you predict it by removing all thirteen clubs from the card box. No multiple outs - a real fooler!
Signal Versus Noise
The perfect follow-up for Suit You Sir. Someone shuffles the ace through king of clubs and you are able to name the order of the shuffled packet, without going anywhere near the cards.
Some Assembly Required
Andi uses this all the time as he thinks it's one of the cleanest Ace Assemblies around. Includes a description of the All Around Turnover.
Open All Hours
A direct and simple Open Prediction style effect.
InFlight Control
Andi is pleased that so many people say that this is worth the price of the book. It's an ultra-clean and fooling Bluff Pass that you will use!
8 Hour Fan Change
An incredibly magical color change where you just wave a fan over the card and it changes.
Trespass and Symphony in Blue Major (with Jack Parker)
Anything with Jack Parker's input has to be good! These are two great effects using the 8 Hour Fan Change!
TATFUS
Andi's handling of Marlo's ATFUS where the cards to be switched never come into contact with the deck!
Swivelswitch
A unique switch that is used in the following routine. Includes a bonus handling for those who want to put in the extra time!
Synapse
Andi's handling of Snap Exchange that is extremely direct and not too difficult!
Supersonic
Many people have added this straight into their repertoire. You find three selections in five seconds, even though the participants handle the deck throughout the trick. Andi always closes his shows with this!
Red/Black to the Future
The ultimate session trick. It's a Call to the Colors routine that will take many of hours practice as the cards are dealt face-up and not face-down.
